Directions To Trinity Life Center:

From Louisville: Take I-65 South to Exit 117, go right at the end of the ramp onto Hwy 44 and go approximately 1 1/2 miles. Trinity Life Center is on the right (look for a big LED sign, cant miss it).

From Nashville, Elizabethtown, and points south, take I-65 North to Exit 117, go left at the end of the exit ramp onto Hwy 44 and go approximately 1 1/2 miles. Trinity Life Center is on the right (look for a big LED sign, cant miss it).
